Although you're grammatically correct, we've taken the liberty to bring the word closer to its real meaning. Because true unity means every 'you' is included.
Over the course of the past ten years, and especially since the opening of the new Chabad House this past summer, we've been focusing on the many different kind of 'you's' we've come to connect with.
You could be a Jewish student at SIU, enjoying free kosher snacks at our Student Lounge.
You could be a Jewish child having fun at our kids program, or enjoying a Holiday package in your own home.
You could be getting your spirits uplifted when we visit you in the hospital or assisted living facility. Hopefully it won't be you getting visited in prison or a hospice facility.
You could be looking up at your wall right now to enjoy our Jewish Art Calendar.
You could be amazed at how much Torah knowledge you've gained at our Adult Education classes.
You could be thinking back fondly to the Shabbos meals and Holidays we've spent together.
And you want to make sure that at Chabad of Carbondale & SIU we can continue reaching out to so many other you's.
It's a younited effort - and we're so grateful to our matchers who recognize that. They've agreed to quadruple every donation given to our campaign until we reach the grand total of $36,000. That means that every donation you give will have 4 times its impact!
